How Our Process Works
We begin with a phone consultation to gather general information about your needs and determine how to proceed. Our placement process is custom-made for your individual situation based on your budget, care needs, lifestyle choices, and preferred location. This part of our process often includes a personal visit.
Our expert Senior Referral Agents select three to four carefully prescreened communities that best match your needs and schedule tours at your convenience. We'll gladly tour these communities with you and assist in the process of negotiating and advocating as needed. After the move takes place we do a follow up call to make sure the transition is going smoothly.
To ensure that the facility is reputable we check Public Disclosure Files for Adult Protective Service substantiated complaints and disclose them to the family.
